About Felton Covered Bridge County Park in Felton, California
Check out one of the only covered bridges in California. Unlike the East Coast which has many, these historic photogenic bridges are few and far between on the West Coast. This one, which was built in 1892, is located in Felton California between Santa Cruz and San Jose. The park is small but it has a kids play area, a sand volleyball court, restrooms, picnic tables, and grass lawns with lots of shade from trees. You can’t drive through the covered bridge anymore but it’s a beautiful structure which crosses over the San Lorenzo River.
